Thompson Square Partners is a commercial real estate development company. We own and manage several retail properties in the Greater Boston area. The properties range from commercial retail malls to Class A office space. In addition, there is a small residential piece with apartments for rent in Charlestown.

James DeVellis

Dr. DeVellis spent 20 years in private practice as an orthopedic surgeon and has now assumed a full-time role as the CEO of Thompson Square Partners. He continues to develop the portfolio and handles the overall management of the real estate company.

Paul DeVellis

Mr. DeVellis joined the family business in 2009. In addition to being a co-owner, he is primarily involved in the operations and maintenance of the properties in the portfolio.

Ms. Conti has been with Thompson Square Partners since 2001. She manages the financial administration for the portfolio.
